Intro to Version Control with Git and Github

This meetup will start with an introduction to version control by local Software Developer Shaun Jurgemeyer. Version control is a way of keeping track of the modifications you've made to a code base. It allows you to collaborate with others on the same project. It is a must for the modern programmer.

Shaun's talk will be introductory and will require no prior knowledge of version control, Git, or Github.

If you are an experienced developer, you are still welcome! Come for the pizza and stay for the hack session that we'll have after the Version Control talk. Bring any project you'd like to work on.
