WELCOME! It is time to get out and get moving with a Vinyasa (flow) followed by gentle stretches! Specially designed and weekly chakra balancing sequence will help one to best learn and benefit from Yoga.
One can expect clear instructions, demonstrations, hands-on assistance, and achieve greater flexibility, strength, balance, focus, and sense of ease with regular attendance.
Under the Arch is always a light-hearted, fun, and non-competitive space, where we appreciate our bodies and tackle our challenges with laughter, AND we get to cloud watch before Savasana
(final relaxation). Stillness in the midst of traffic circle—it’s truly an amazing feeling. Come check it out!
NEW UPDATE!! Per members' growth, this Meetup class will now be taught at Beg and Adv. Beg
levels, with accommodations provided as needed.
Limited extra mats are available, but please bring your own if possible and a thick towel (especially if you have tight hamstrings and/or sensitive knees) for support.
If it's raining on the morning of, class will be canceled and resume the following Sunday.
