The enjoyment of wine can be a lifelong adventure. The best thing about it is sharing it with like-minded people. Nothing stuffy. Just some fun, relaxed events that let the wine shine and expand everyone’s knowledge of the wines of the world. This group is not for singles only, couples are welcome.
Here’s what’s in store!
Local wine tasting
BYOB parties (e.g., Napa Cab night, Wines of Paso Robles, etc.)
Food pairing parties
Cooking classes, where we’ll match wine, sake or whatever is appropriate to the cuisine
Educational wine tasting events
Trips to various CA wine regions
Festivals
Wine dinners out on the town
Hollywood Bowl
Most events will be proposed in the San Fernando Valley area, anywhere from Sherman Oaks to Thousand Oaks. I hope to entice people to venture out occasionally so that we can really experience some fine dining and wine festivals in other So CA areas. Activities will be proposed with estimated costs and guidelines.
I encourage suggestions from members as this should be an interactive group.

The Holidays are almost here!
As I don't have kids, I have found Thanksgiving weekend to be the perfect time to get away and do a weekend of wine tasting. This year will be no different. Joe and I are going either way but if anyone else would like to tag along, I say the more the merrier (OK, USUALLY :) ).
