Berks county has a large group of gluten free residents, but no local group for socializing or information sharing. Let's change that! If you want to fully embrace gluten free living and have fun with others, this group is calling your name. This group is free and open to anyone enjoying the gluten free lifestyle; for themselves or someone else. Let's get together for activities, potlucks, picknics, dining out, recipe exchanges, guest speakers and informational evenings. The activities are limited to your imagination.
