Entrepreneurs’ biggest fear is failure. There are so many ideas but which one to focus on is the biggest question an entrepreneur faces. Which idea will make an entrepreneur a millionaire or change the world? Focusing all the energies on an idea with the maximum return is what an entrepreneur should be focusing on. The idea shouldn’t be the one where the entrepreneur realizes after 5 years that it wasn’t the best idea.

How to validate if the idea is a good one, which is what, should be on every entrepreneur’s mind. Our efforts at Pain Points in Healthcare are exactly what we are trying to provide. Pain Points in Healthcare provides a platform where anyone with an idea can get their idea validated by other entrepreneurs, get help on how to develop their idea, take their idea to the next level, form a team and make it happen. People who attend Pain Points have a diverse set of backgrounds; this is what you need, you need different perspectives, different experiences, different backgrounds. Diversity is the key to validate and improvise ideas.

Don’t worry about your idea getting stolen, ideas are worth nothing, it’s all in the execution! Either you can keep your idea to yourself and take it to your grave or tell it to other people and make it happen. I haven’t met an entrepreneur who was successful in implementing their idea without the help of others, we live in an interdependent society; collaboration and not competition is the key to success.

Don’t let my talk fool you, check out our past events at ( http://www.painpointsinhealthcare.com/past-events.html ) and see for yourself if you want to be part of it. Don’t join a revolution; start one. That’s our motto at Pain Points. We’ll see you there my revolutionary friend, let’s do this...

These are the hottest topics in Healthcare right now, let’s brainstorm on these to come up with high value, easily actionable ideas that everyone else has overlooked.

These are some of the topics we may be discussing at our June meeting:

How to improve the experience of/ empower the patient. Learning in Healthcare. How to use technology to enable Clinicians to bridge the communication gaps which might arise due to patients’ forgetfulness and/ or cultural gaps? How do you meassure quality of care? Schedule for the event: (approximate times)

6:00-6:30 pm - Overiew of rules and selection of topics by attendees.

6:30-7:30 pm - We will convene in conference rooms to discuss the topics chosen.

7:30-8:00 pm - Review of the topics discussed and explanation of the solutions for that particular topic by group leader.

The meeting will be held on the 5th Floor of 1 Cambridge Center.

An unconference is a participant-driven meeting. Typically at an unconference, the agenda is created by the attendees at the beginning of the meeting. Anyone who wants to initiate a discussion on a topic can claim a space. Unconferences typically feature open discussions rather than having a single speaker at the front of the room giving a talk.
