Bamboo Building Workshop

Hi all, we from Growingsmart.hk are starting the process of building our covered area on our site on Peng Chau Island where we plan to create a permaculture farm. Of course we want to do that in a sustainable way and plan to build it out of bamboo. We are very grateful to have bamboo specialist Vinc Math with us on saturday advising and teaching us how to select, cut and prepare the bamboo for construction. Come and join us to learn about this amazing material and be with us from the very beginning of this interesting journey ! We will cut, clean and carry some nice bamboo to our site which is also getting ready for some eager helping hands!

If you are coming from Central we plan to meet at Central ferry pier 6 at 9AM to take the 9:15 AM ferry to Peng Chau Island (30 min).
