Our Yoga Alliance certified tutor Valerie Gazzano will lead our first onsite yoga class, focusing on alignment-centered postures to ensure solid foundations for a safe practice and proper flow of energy.

Class starts at 10am on Sunday December 6th. After class you are warmly invited to stay on and discover more about the work that we do. We will conduct a farm tour to show how our site is engaging the local community and reaching out across Hong Kong to encourage & empower people to grow & harvest their own safe, organic food.

Class fee is $200.
