Releasing Barriers to Self Care

Details
Do you feel like you are working too hard?
Are you putting everyone else's needs before your own?
Do you have self-abusive habits ( excessive eating/smoking/drinking)?
Perhaps 2015 would be a good year to work on ourselves!
(see my incentives for 2015 below!)
If you'd like to do a self-assessment of how balanced your life is, you can take my Life Balance Quiz here (http://lifelongenerjoy.com/maintain-balance/).
We often work too hard or self-abuse to sooth anxiety and to self-medicate. Perhaps we are running away from our insecurities, or self-doubt. Maybe we don't feel like we deserve to treat ourselves well.
Luckily, On Jan 12th, 2015, you have a golden opportunity to work on releasing barriers to self-care.
Can you imagine carving out more time for just you? Can you imagine slowing down? Can you imagine letting go of those abusive habits that are not serving you?
It is possible with Emotional Freedom Technique! Join us Monday Jan 12th to get started on your journey to more self-care!
Details of where to find us will be emailed to participants the weekend before.
Since I value reliability, and I want to help you prioritize your health, starting in 2015, I will be keeping track of attendance, RSVPs and no shows.
I'm offering some incentives for self care in 2015.
1.) Never attended a meetup with us? Your first meetup in 2015 is free if you RSVP and commit to coming. Starting in 2015, each new attendee gets just one chance to attend for free.
2.) If you RSVP and attend 3 meetups, without cancellations, you get to choose the topic for the next meeting that you commit to attending. As long as you attend the meeting with your chosen topic, you will qualify again.
Otherwise, suggested donation is 15-20$ to help me cover costs. No one however will be turned away based on their inability to pay.
