We are a supportive group where you will experience a welcoming, warm and positive spirit. The group is an avenue to a great opportunity for sharing ideas, resources, information, humor, activities; supporting each other as we experience similar challenges. Together we can foster an improved understanding of lifestyle management.

We meet the second Friday of each month at the Gresham Wellness Center 333 SE 223rd Suite 206  Gresham Oregon 97030  from 6:30 to 8:30.
