This group is focused on financial growth of small to medium sized companies. The group is headed by a CEO of an NC export company exporting around the globe and a Personal Development coach who works with companies to maximize the sales of employees as well as their personal happiness. The focus will be two fold: How to develop a business plan for rapid expansion and how to create a healthy happy work environment for maximum personnel retention and smooth operations. Old school business knowledge and new age philosophies will be merged in a discussion forum and planning session for how to build what you dream of.

This group will incorporate spirituality in the business plan. Some examples; Mapping out your plans while listening to intuition for appropriate changes of course.

There will be much work on finance.  Entrepreneurs are by definition huge risk takers and finances are generally the largest risk (in addition to health - workaholics).  While everyone needs to know how to read a balance sheet and a P&L as well as understanding cash flow forecasting the real trick is how to build a dream and believe in a dream while the day to day realities are beating at your door.  Here is where our group will help each other gauge risk against reality and temper it with how to be the leader and the builder an expansive enterprise.
