Welcome to our regular HSP Meetup in Exeter, facilitated by HSPs Shyron and Helen on behalf of the National Centre for High Sensitivity. As with all our events, these are gentle, HSP-friendly meetings for those who would like to know a little more about their trait and to meet others like themselves. Join in any discussions if you wish, or you are also welcome to just listen - you will not be 'put on the spot'. Places are limited to keep the Meetup small and approachable, so please RSVP early if this event might be important to you :).

Tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Stay for as much of the session as you like. It might be useful (but is not essential) to read beforehand Dr Elaine N Aron's book 'The Highly Sensitive Person'.

The fee for the Meetup is £10. If you are on a very low income and experiencing genuine financial hardship, please message us to receive our concessionary fee of £5.
