Exposing the truth about the pet trade in NYC.
We will find out where the pet shops get their puppies and prove most of them come from puppy mills. We will do peaceful public demonstrations until each store in NYC stops selling puppy mill puppies. We will promote adoption and work with local shelters. We will shed light on America's Dirty Little Secret, the pet trade all over NYC.

We believe that people who want to buy a dog versus adoption (no matter how educated they are about the issue) will continue to do so and we cannot stop that. Also putting all pet stores out of business only puts more people out of a job. However, the terrible puppy mills that we have already found must be stopped. We want to educate pet store owners and convince them not to buy puppy mill dogs for resale in their store and not sell people sick animals due to the horrible puppy mill conditions that they were produced in. Puppy mills must be stopped.
