Why we are more than robots or illogical meatbags and work better together. Tech and tech jobs are pretty important, and are only going to become more ubiquitous. However, to successfully build or run a tech company, create an amazing product or user experience, or build a community or user base, you need more than just developers. Or marketers. And sometimes it's not easy for those who understand code to grok those who understand customers. And vice versa.
But fear not! I am going to give you some insights into how we can all understand each other, like each other, and work together better to make dreams come true.*

Clients need to know how much a project will cost. Waterfall development is always late and over-budget. Agile development is done when it's done. You're left with estimates that you know are too low and then you squeeze them anyway. It shouldn't be this way.
