Recently the N&O featured Sarah Baumgarden in the entertainment section of the Sunday Paper. Sarah recently moved to the Raleigh area from Buffalo, Ny, because she heard that the acoustic music scene is Raleigh was one of the best in the country. Sarah is hosting an Open Mic tonight, Wednesday, May 22, downtown raleigh, on Fayetteville st. This is beginning at 8PM and is scheduled until 11pm. As we are getting greater recognition throughout Raleigh the Triangle, and in fact the entire country, I believe this is a great opportunity for more local musician to GET OUT AND PLAY.
