Great vibe, nice folks, good selection of speakers with very interesting staff. Ace!

Where else can you meet so many interesting people? (hint: it's a rhetorical question)

Good speakers, a bit weird with live coding as first thing. The sound wasn't great, neither was the projection (the guys filming and fixing the sound and stuff didn't seem that keen to do it. They should be well prepared with tested equipment)

Generally high quality of talks as usual, but needs more pizza! Ideally have some delivered later on, so everyone gets a chance for some.

Thanks for dropping out someone. I couldn't be more excited to be coming.

I'm a stand up comedian looking to meet the developer of my dreams. Just starting to work on an Edinburgh Fringe show that will take interactivity to the next level. Come up and say 'Hi'. Maybe we can change the face of comedy. Until then....here is a dumb video of me winding up some homophobic Christian fundamentalists - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaz2rxmcWyg.

Hi Everyone, Looking forward to meet great people tonight! I am hoping to meet some cloud & webservices related developers for an interesting client's project.

I will be representing http://PhoenixGMN.com- We build low cost mobile apps for startups and entrepreneurs. We also built the Popular & Free "London Travel Planner" App. Find me at the venue to know more if anyone is interested. We have also sponsored couple of AppsJunction meetups recently and would like to know more about other possible ways of engagement with dev community like hackathons etc.

    Cheers!

I'm looking for entrepreneurs willing to contribute to a parliamentary-level intiative to try to influence school curriculum policy in the UK to raise IT up the agenda. If you're finding recruiting the right skills a problem, then you're precisely the kind of person we'd like to hear from. Maybe, you could spare the time to talk at an event in early December? Come and find me on the night. I'm hoping Dmitri might allow me the podium for two minutes to outline this and give out an email address... :-)

Benjamin, James - Thanks for these. And to those of you who might be kind enough to followup on this topic over the next few days, I'm travelling and will have only occasional Web access.

If anyone is interested; the "wait list" spillover could meet at a pub nearby and talk geek over a pint?

    October 16, 2012

  • Ziwang T.

My RSVP is +1 guests, but my friend decided not to come, will someone go with me or should I just simply -1?

    October 15, 2012

    • Stephen R.

As much as I'd like to offer to queue jump, I think the fair thing to do is -1.

      October 15, 2012

Anyone who's not going to be able to make it? I'd love to take his/her place.
