Flower of Life Introductory Workshop
In ancient India, women knew that the seed of their feminine power sat in the lower belly, their flower of life. At the lower belly sits svadishanna chakra, an energetic flower with six petals, each with its own energetic quality. When this energy center is closed women disconnect from their essence, suffer in health, relationships and all aspects of life. In this dynamic workshop, women awaken the power that sits in the lower belly through special practices, dances, role-playing and meditations. This workshop is perfect for women who wish to connect more deeply to their bodies and awaken to their sensuality and to the joy of being a woman. It is also meant for women who are experiencing stress and tension or feel blocked in their intimate relationships. Benefits include; greater sense of presence, inner peace and lightness of life.

Finding REAL Love, By Maria Soledad
In my travels, I have heard the following statements repeatedly; “I want to find a good partner, one that fulfills my desires and will love me. I want to be with someone with whom I can create the kind of life I want.” With these thoughts in mind, finding a partner could then be like going to a supermarket and buying a product that will meet ones needs. However, no real relationship can be as a result of such a search, which involves ones internal state. The relationships formed for a specific purpose are good for business associations, but the same principle will not work to find someone for a loving partnership. It is important to focus on goals and have intentions in mind for everything we do, as well as having knowledge to help one be selective in relationships and not enter them based on fear or illusions. But intention is different from obsession and rigidity. If you are choosing your product as if you are looking for it in the market, then you can block the natural flow of life, your intuition and the potential to meet a human being who has a profound connection with you. You will probably not even be able to recognize “him” and realize that he is better than the product you are seeking on the “human market shelf”. Above all and in order to live a love, first of all you need to cultivate love within yourself. You need to understand this as real concrete love. This love is not out there. It is within you. What that means is: 1) Love your body by caring for it. 2) Love your life by respecting the talents that you have. 3) Put yourself in situations where you can flourish. 4) Do not accept psychological or emotional violence, criticism and judgment, from others and especially not from yourself. By doing the above you will be able to develop the capacity to love others as yourself by being generous, flexible and nurturing. Try to be conscious to not approach love in a way that promotes getting something from another, but rather focus on what you will give to your partner and to those around you. This is the way that love can come into your life because the love that you attract will match your internal state. Otherwise, someone who is egotistic will attract another egotistical person and the relationship that develops will be like a war zone, where each person is focusing on what he or she wants for himself or herself.
