Electroplating with Indie Lab RVA

Do some real-life alchemy with Indie Lab! We'll be turning pennies into "gold" using a scientific technique called electroplating.

Electroplating is a process that uses electric current to reduce dissolved metal cations so that they form a coherent metal coating on an electrode.

We'll be turning the pennies into necklaces and ornaments for Holiday gifts.

Since we're ordering chemicals, this will be a "charged" event (HA! Get it? Because we're electroplating). Sign up quickly as we have a limited number of spots. The cost is $30 to attend. All proceeds will go to getting Indie Lab equipment to ensure we can lead more workshops. We hope to see you there!
