"Build a Kit" Hangout - Making Straight from the Box
Details
Hangout and build kits together!
Are you like me and have kits bought between 1 day and 10 years ago that you still haven't finished or removed from the box?
Do you yearn for the smell/smell/mental-anguish/bloody-injuries of super-glue/model-paint/short-circuits/exacto-knifes?!
Then this event is for you! Bring a kit of your choosing and build it with other friendly humans.

Yes! - All Kits Welcome
This is a BYOK event strictly - no kits will be provided.
This is a kid friendly event (>8yrs), but children must exit the space by 1pm.
If you'd like to buy a kit in person, I recommend Hobby Town on East Broad St (http://www.hobbytown.com/Richmond_North-VA/). They have a wide selection of different kinds of stuff. If you're doing electronics, best bet is online.
If you've built kits or models you'd like to show off, feel free to bring those too. Just remember, it's about building, so don't forget to make something between the show n' tell.
