End of year Happy Hour Show & Tell - Jingle Blinkenlights!

Details

What? We've not had a Show & Tell since September! How time flys? It's the end of the year, but why not come talk hacks over a pint or two? We'd love to see/meet you. Hackaday Mike (https://hackaday.io/mike) will even be in town!

Janet Gunter from The Restart Project will be joining us

This month, we'll be honoured to have Janet Gunter from The Restart Project (https://therestartproject.org/) join us. She's visiting from London UK, where The ReStart Project first launched in 2012 collaborating with existing community organisations help fix our relationship with electronics and get people fixing and reducing e-waste. Now it is kick-starting ReStart Parties (https://therestartproject.org/restartparty/) all around the world.

If you are interested in Repair Cafe Pasadena (https://www.meetup.com/Repair-Cafe-Pasadena/), The Transition Network (https://www.transitionnetwork.org/)(inc Transition Pasadena (http://www.transitionpasadena.org/)) or similar, come meet like-minded people!

Projects and Show & Tell

Have a project you want to share, or need help? Come meet other local Hackers and Makers. Discuss ideas, solutions, resources, and other goings on.

There will be no formal show & tell presentations at this event, but we encourage you to bring projects to show and discuss. It's in a bar, with beer, so bear that in mind.

FYI - festive hacks well-documented on http://Hackaday.io may make it into the festive Hacklet (http://hackaday.com/tag/hacklet/), plus bring it to this meetup and there may be some Hackaday swag in it for you.

Ugly Blinky Sweaters welcome

Ground rules
• Projects to be discussed should have a project page on Hackaday Projects (It's free http://hackaday.io (http://hackaday.io/))
• You are responsible for your belongings, and the cost of your bar tab. However, it's happy hour till 7 pm, so get there early.
• Please RSVP so we can book enough room

We'll try to do this event once a month, except December & Holidays. If you have ideas or feedback, do get in touch.
