An Intro to Hackduino & Electronics. A beginners workshop to Arduino. Bring PC!

Details

Hey guys & girls,

We're running a newbie workshop for Arudino enthusiasts. Next Wednesday the 29th, 6PM @ the electron workshop. http://www.electronworkshop.com.au

This is not a networking night, show & tell or regular Hackduino event. This event is targeted to those people who have little or no Arduino and or programming experience but who desperately want to begin learning Arduino and playing with the wonderful world of electronics.

The course is limited to 20 participants. If you miss out on this one, but would woud like to attend another Intro Workshop, please email me directly and we'll see what we can do.

All attendees must bring their own PC / Laptop. We will be providing the following:

*1 Arduino board for each participant.

*1 LCD Display Shield per 2 people.

*Water & Fruit.

I will be kicking off proceedings and helping course participants to download and install the Arduino IDE.

John Boxall (http://tronixstuff.wordpress.com/) will then run course participants through a hardware overview and then explain & demonstrate several Arduino projects.

** As numbers are limited, please only RSVP if you are planning on attending. As this is a workshop tutorial, please be respectful of others during the workshop. No yelling, personal conversations, hanging out etc... Make sure to also leave the Electron Workshop the way we find it. **

Thanks! We're looking forward to a great night & hope that all attendees will benefit from the workshop.

Stay tuned for details regarding the next regular Hackduino Meetup!

If you need any additional information, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Mark.
