Looking for programmer/CTO for prototype development

We are looking for a PHP/MySQL programmer with flash experience and ideally knowledge of constructing video chat interfaces for a unique and challenging project. For the right person, the project is creating an alpha with basic functionality that should only take two to three weeks. We currently have an open api code that we want to use for this phase and just need someone to play around with it. This project could pay a little bit of money but we are more interested in filling someone for a CTO position, long term with a large equity share.
