UX & News: Designing with user experience in mind

User experience plays a major role in how readers absorb and react to data visualizations and other news stories on the web. Becca Aaronson, a senior designer/developer at The Texas Tribune will discuss how their data visuals team is integrating user experience design into their workflow. Our team will explain the basics of UX design, and then lead a series of interactive design exercises to get your creative juices flowing and introduce some fun ways to incorporate user experience design into your newsroom.
