Open lecture: How you can use the Freedom of Information Act for stories & data

Hosted By
Paul B.

Details
The Freedom of Information Act - or FOI - gives you the right to hold power to account by asking for data or documents held by a public body - but it is currently under threat. Paul Bradshaw will explain how it has been used in a range of ways by journalists - and how to use it yourself while you still can!
The lecture will take place in the lecture theatre (P350 on the third floor) of Parkside Building next to Millennium Point.
