Investigative and video storytelling at Art Bar

Hacks/Hackers Halifax is back with a summer meetup, the first Wednesday in August.

We're very happy to have Planifax sharing their expertise on navigating complex urban planning topics - and making engaging videos and other storytelling tools. Uytae Lee and Byung Jun Kang join us.

We also have David McKie, an investigative and data journalist and educator based in Ottawa. We're very lucky he's in Halifax this month teaching at the King's College master's program.

We're excited to host this meetup at the Anna Leonowens Gallery Art Bar, a big supportive of our local creative community.

Come enjoy the space, have a pint and hear some new ideas. This is going to be pretty casual, so feel free to jump in with your thoughts.
