Meet-Repeat C#001

This will be the second time we meet. First time we've concluded to have talks on every meetup. We're open for your contributions!

Talks should be at least 20 min. If no english speaking participants are on the meetup, you could also hold it in german.

Code is normally hosted on github and the organization HHCsharp (https://github.com/HHCsharp)
will clone the repo to host all of the code for talks.
