Staying Centered prayer breakfast - Virginia Beach

It is a pleasure to have Dr. Corné Bekker as our guest speaker for our August “Staying Centered” prayer breakfast. Dr. Corné Bekker joined Regent University in 2005. He previously served as the associate dean for academics of Rhema Bible College in Johannesburg, South Africa and now as the Department Chair of Biblical Studies and Christian Ministry in the College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Bekker also leads the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership Ecclesial Leadership major of the School of Business & Leadership and is actively involved in research on the use of biblical hermeneutics and spirituality to explore Christian and Ecclesial leadership. He is the editor of the Journal of Biblical Perspectives in Leadership (JBPL) and the co-editor of Inner Resources for Leaders (IRL).

The “Staying Centered” prayer breakfast is an opportunity to pray over our families, communities, and businesses; to fellowship with other local professionals; and to reflect on how to do our businesses better within a spirit of excellence. The prayer breakfast will take place at the Cypress Point Country Club in Virginia Beach on August 6th, 2014. The address is 5340 Club Head Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. We will start at 8:00am and wrap up around 9:30am.
