(Baltimore) Harford Hackerspace is an organization currently operating out of Baltimore, MD. The idea of a hackersapce is nothing new. There are hundreds of Hackerspaces all over the world. Each is unique to its members but the goal of ours is to provide a space where people of all backgrounds can collaborate, learn, and work on projects of many different types.

The organization promotes education in Science and Technology by providing a space to work on Electronics, Robotics, Software, and just about any other project you feel like working on. We also promote community socialization by working on group projects such as our DIY CNC Router Machine.

There are membership dues to help cover the cost of rent and furnishing the place but in return you will get 24/7 access to a really cool workshop/lab and an awesome group of very tallented members. Membership starts at $50 for Regular Members but we accept additional and alternate pledges.

Check out our website at www.harfordhackerspace.org to keep up with the latest happenings. We are a new organization and still organizing. Now is the best time to join so you can help shape the organization into what you would like it to be.
