Join your friendly, fun teachers Bria Tavakoli (a member of our group) and Charlie Polanco-Ali at pioneering Harlem studio Asali Yoga for a Saturday late afternoon/early evening session. Charlie and Bria will lead you in postures and breathing exercises to rejuvenate and restore body and mind.
