Join your friendly, fun teachers Bria Tavakoli (a member of our group) and Charlie Polanco-Ali at pioneering Harlem studio Asali Yoga for a Saturday late afternoon/early evening session. Charlie and Bria will lead you in postures and breathing exercises to rejuvenate and restore body and mind. Embrace a deeper connection of heart and soul, with aromatherapy delights to intensify your bliss.

Time: 4-6 PM (settle in, meet some new folks, class for about an hour and 20 minutes, then we'll hang out for a bit afterwards)

Location: Asali Yoga (www.AsaliYoga.com)
243 W 135th St, between Frederick Douglass Blvd and Adam Clayton Powell Jr, Blvd (7th & 8th Avenues). The yoga studio is downstairs - look for the Asali Yoga sign hanging from the gate.

Directions:
Train: Catch either the local C or B train to 135th Street, which lets you off at 135th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue. Walk 1.5 avenues east. Done.
Bus: The nearest bus lines are M2 (7th Avenue), M3 (St. Nicholas Avenue), or M10 (8th Avenue) to 135th Street stops.
