What is your experience with Haskell?

No commercial experience. When I have free time, I do most of my own projects in Haskell.

What is your experience with other functional languages (e.g., Lisp family, ML family)? What about more imperative languages (e.g., Java, C)?

I have no real experience with other functional languages. Most of my experience is with imperative languages---Java, C#, etc.

Introduction

I've been a software engineer for ~15 years, and have been exploring functional programming for approximately the last 5, specifically focusing on Haskell.
