Beginning June 11th, I will leading a Meditation for beginners. This will also be a good way for those that have been away from meditation to get back in. It will be a gentle return to quieting the mind. I will share with you what I have found has worked best for me in my many years of meditation. I'll be using guided meditations. We'll listen to many different ones so that you can get a feel of what works best for you. I will always be asking you what feels best for you. Your comfort is very important. That being said, wear comfortable clothes.

This group will meet each Tuesday night at 7pm. There will be a recommended $10 donation.
