Mindfulness comes from the ancient Buddhists practice of observing your thoughts and be able to be aware of how the mind works and how it influences you in your life.
These sessions are designed to help you monitor the busy mind, become more aware of messages coming from the mind and know how distracting the thought process can be. By slowing down being present, mindfulness practice can help in being more calm, peaceful, happy, and present in our lives.
The Mindfulness session is open for participants come in and out between the session (as long you are quiet & mindfulness enough) which suit you have a quick recharge before you get into office. No prior knowledge or practice is required. You can simply take 15 mins to 2 hours.
Suggested energy exchange for the venue - HK$ 50 per person
