We're a community of Londoners who are passionate about high quality personal development material / tools of awakening / healing trainings; work which brings about deep healing.

Sometimes we organise our own workshops with the teachers we know and love; other times we network and promote the good works of our friends and colleagues. Its our hope that we can spread some FANTASTIC stuff. 

What we're about is grounded, holistic teachings taught in accessible way. This is a group for people who want to go 'down and in'. If you believe that inside ourselves is where the gold is, this is probably a good group for you!
