Parker Moss is a career technologist, an NHS employee and a parent of a 5 year old girl in treatment for stage 4 cancer. Parker's private sector career was focussed on the telecom and infrastructure industry. He worked on telecom policy in the prime minister's strategy unit, in group strategy teams for a few telecom operators, headed strategy at GSMA, and most recently was Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Alcatel Lucent. For the last 15 months after his daughter's diagnosis with neuroblastoma, he has lived nearly full time with his daughter in Great Ormond Street. During that time and for the last 6 months, the hospital hired Parker to lead their informatics transformation programme.
Richie Bowden started SoMoMed in 2013 to develop a decision support solution to assist multi-disciplinary teams to improve quality of care for patients in Older Care and Brain/Spinal Injury Rehabilitation programmes. Using lean startup principles, He has undertaken customer discovery to get healthcare practitioner's perspectives on challenges and needs in these areas in Ireland, Scotland & England. His background is as an agile project manager with experience working with public and private healthcare organisations. He is on the Health2Dublin organising committee.
