What goes in to our body is a major determinant of our health - we really are what we eat! Food that nourishes our body also looks and tastes good - and this month, we're here to prove that!
This month we're looking at how technology and web platforms can allow us to access better food, in more convenient ways and help us to make better food choices. Our three presenters will tell us about how they came across their ideas, formed companies, gained growth traction and the challenges they overcame in the startup journey.

Great night - I had to bolt at 9 but thought the food was great. Any chance of getting hold of a copy of your (Gaurav) and the Professor's slides? I've seen Liz before last year at HealthTec last year -she's great. The other two start-ups were entertaining and interesting but didn't really pick up on the health/dietary issues covered by Gaurav and Prof. Collins. That's were the wicked problem is (and therein lies opportunity.)

-Sydney's Finest Rotisserie Chicken: whole stuffed, free-range, char-grilled rotisserie chicken, cut into pieces for easy serving
-Roast Vegetables: baby sugar snap peas, roasted potatoes and pumpkin, and red capsicum, tossed in a dijon-mustard and honey dressing (v) (gf)
-Greek Salad: feta cheese, cucumber, red onion, crispy lettuce, black olives, Greek-style dressing (v) (gf)
-Vermicelli Salad: vermicelli glass noodles, mixed with shredded cabbage, carrot and shredded Asian mushroom in a homemade sesame soy dressing (v)
