This is a group for men and women who are working towards living a healthier and more active life. Not necessarily for health-nuts (though, you're more than welcome to join), this is a place for those of us who have struggled with weight, exercise, and healthy eating and are looking to make a change.
This is not about dieting. It is about a way of life. I intend for this group to be a place of support and friendship, where we can seek out and offer advice. We will exercise together, share delicious recipes, have healthy pot-luck lunches, learn how to eat healthy at restaurants, and whatever else we can think of to keep us on track.
I want this to be an active community with frequent get-togethers and a lively message board.
