Welcome to Healthy Chicago Group. We are a walking group that have 3.5-5 miles (on average) walks through different neighborhoods in Chicago and vicinity on a weekly basis. We walk at a pace of about 3-3.5 mph (brisk) for exercise and fun. We are not a sight-seeing group, however during these walks, you will see some interesting houses, new resturants, Chicago parks, and other businesses that may appeal to you. During the week, we often have dinner after a walk. Come out for some exercise and meet some new people. Thanks for your time!
We will be having a Holiday dinner and grab bag at Cousin's Incredible Vitality Restaurant. Please bring a grab bag gift wrapped no more than $12. We will number them them and then pick numbers for your gift. Try to pick something health orientated.
