Are you hard of hearing? Join us at our monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month* and meet other people with hearing loss in the New York City area. Learn about hearing aids, cochlear implants, assistive listening devices that augment hearing aids or cochlear implants, advocacy issues and more.

* Note: We meet September - November and January - May. In December we have our Holiday Party and in June we have our college scholarship award program and year-end party for chapter members. We take July and August off.

Speaker: Mary Kaland, Ph.D
Dr. Kaland is a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience working in the medical/health psychology field.She is a late deafened adult who utilizes a cochlear implant. Dr. Kaland will lead us in an interactive discussion on how to manage hearing loss in relationships.
Doors open/socializing begins at 5:30. Program is from 6 - 7:30.
