We meet weekly to meditate together and support one another on the path to inner freedom.

  • Sundays 11am- 12:15pm — Meditation and Dharma Talk
  • Mondays 6pm– 7pm — Simply Meditation
  • Tuesdays 7pm – 8pm — Meditation and Dharma Talk
  • Thursdays 6pm - 7pm - Simply Meditation

About “Meditation and Dharma Talk”:

  • We meditate together for twenty minutes then take a break and enjoy tea and conversation. The meditation begins with a few words of guidance from Dana Marsh. After the break Dana offers a 30 minute dharma talk. You can also speak with Dana one-on-one after the practice to get further instruction on your practice.

About “Simply Meditation”:

  • Every Monday & Thursday evening the center is open for an hour of meditation from 6pm - 7pm. Come and sit with others and explore your inner world. There is no Dharma talk and no teacher for Simply Meditation. If you would prefer a shorter meditation feel free to step inside any time after 6pm, sit with us for as long as you feel comfortable, and leave at any time. We look forward to seeing you!

Our location:

  • Our location as of April 17, 2014 is 2404 W. Bank Dr. Suite 202, Boise, ID 83705

How to find us:

  • Look for the Wells Fargo Bank and the iconic "Washer Woman" sign on the East side of Vista, just North of Overland. There isn't a street sign there but drive through the Wells Fargo parking lot and look for the blue building on the left. There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building.  You can take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor and will find us in the southeast corner, Suite 202.

A little more about us:

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
