This is a group of dachshund enthusiasts that also enjoy exploring, hiking, and taking walks with our vertically-challenged hounds. We like to combine socializing and exercising for both our doxies and ourselves.

Dachshunds tend to get along very well with other dachshunds and they also can’t resist a good sniff or two along the way…we have a great time letting them do both and keeping them in shape at the same time.

Our goal is to get in shape for some of us, stay in shape for others, and always to keep our little ones moving and having a blast.

We are very big on rescuing, spaying, neutering, and discouraging breeding.

Please be advised that only spayed and neutered dachshunds are accepted into the group, as this is one of our primary focuses in the rescue world. We appreciate your understanding on this issue.

We will also attend charity / rescue events to promote breed understanding, spaying/neutering, and further rescues. Participation in any event is optional.
