HERNANDO 912 PROJECT SEEKING VOLUNTEER POLL WORKERS

We are currently searching for 700 Hernando County patriots that are willing to do their duty on election day that will include a day of training. Further details will be released when they arrive from the Supervisor of Elections. Right now we are looking for those individuals who are willing to make themselves available as a volunteer to oversee the greatest right we have in a free society…the right to vote. This is a non-partisan effort and if you are interested please click the link below to download the application. You can then bring the completed application to one of our meetings or mail it to the address below. We are trying to have all of the forms go through us so that we can keep a count of how many volunteers we have delivered to the Supervisor of Elections.

Please join your American Brothers and Sisters as we do our part to alleviate some of the burden on our local county budget. We do this not for us, but for our children. We must do our part to cut down government spending in order to assure our posterity a better country and to lead by example.

Here are the training and election dates for 2010:

PRIMARY ELECTION
Training is held between July 13th and August 13th
Training is between 3 and 4 hours long, depending on the position.
Election Day is Tuesday, August 24, 2010

GENERAL ELECTION
Training is held between September 21st and October 22nd
Training is between 3 and 4 hours long, depending on the position.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 2, 2010

Thomas Jefferson once said..."Whenever the people are well informed, they can be trusted with their own government;...whenever things get so far wrong as to attract their notice, they may be relied on to set them to rights."

This one prophetic statement is what guides us at the H912P. A majority of our citizens know in their heart that something is wrong with our government and the way in which they are being governed. The problem is, many do not know why. This is why the H912P was formed. We have one specific mission and that mission is...

MISSION STATEMEMENT
“Providence calls upon us to unite and educate our American brothers and sisters to the principles promised us in our Declaration of Independence and guaranteed us in our Constitution in order to hold into account our elected representatives who have affirmed to secure the blessings of liberty endowed us by our Creator.”

We are a group of everyday American citizens and patriots who are pulling together for the betterment of our children's prosperity. We recognize that our generation is not giving 100% in matters of passing along a BETTER future for our kids. We are going through an economic and societal meltdown and our gut reaction has been to make the problem worse by relying on our government to solve the problems that we allowed them to create. It is our duty as Americans and as parents to "Stop the Madness." We must stop thinking only about ourselves and make a better world for those that follow us. That is what the American character is about. How is it that we can force our brothers and sisters across our great land to fund local projects through the force of the federal tax system? Government should only do for us, what we can not do for ourselves. We need each other to accomplish this. Please join us and become one of WE the PEOPLE again.
