HA’s monthly party is a social event and a way for interested new people to meet our community and find out more about who we are and what we are contributing.

One of the common misperceptions about Compatibility Factors is that they indicate a “rightness or wrongness” between two given people. All Compatibility Factors are equally effective and “right” despite societal perspectives to the contrary. The mini-profile identifies your three Creative Expressions, as well as Pacing, Communication Process, Decision Making Approach and Defensive Style. This is a really fun event.

Higher Alignment is a conscious group of teachers, facilitators, and coaches dedicated to relationship development. Higher Alignment was first established in 1996 as a desire of Larry Byram's to build a conscious community. Larry performed the initial research between 1984 and 1989, which lead to a Spiritual Partnership outreach program between 1990 and 1994. In 1999 the headquarters was moved from Larkspur, California to Boulder, Colorado. Today this program is spreading across the U.S. and our clients can be found from Hawaii to Europe.
