Selecting Business Associates Based on Creative Expression
June 4 Selecting New Employees Based on Creative Expression. The more conscious
we are about our creative contributions, the more we seek out business partners that will
mirror or enhance our contributions. Starting with small teams, we talk about the power
of being seen by others and how this transfers into greater symmetry. We propose certain
guidelines and priorities that will help us to build the best teams possible. While the focus
is on the Creative Expressions, we will be talking about the degrees of Actualization and the
differences in WorldView and Defenses as a back drop.
