Highly Sensitive People of L.A., fans of Dr. Elaine Aron!
This is a group for people with an interest in the trait of high sensitivity, and those who have read Dr. Elaine Aron's book(s) about the highly sensitive person or have visited www.HighlySensitivePeople.com, www.hsperson.com, or other sites about HSPs. You may also be what Dr. Pat Allen calls her "Alphas," those sensitive, creative people who are in touch with their Yin and Yang (Feminine and Masculine) energies and who may have an ongoing tug-of-war between their head and their heart. The HSP Meetup is a casual/safe environment usually with an over view about the trait of high sensitivity, followed by a discussion on a chosen topic for the month or we discuss issues, concerns or questions that people may have.
