Rattlesnake ledge Full Strawberry Moon hike

Hello Hikers,

Let's do this one again. Going to do the full moon hike to Rattlesnake ledge lookout, except we'll be coming from the far end of Rattlesnake Mountain. We'll need to drop some vehicles off at the Iron Horse State Park trail head in order to drive everyone back to the Snoqualmie point trailhead where we will start, or, we can get rides from the other hikers starting from the Iron Horse trail head. We'll coordinate the vehicle situation at the Issaquah p&r where we can all meet.

Rain will cancel this hike. I'll make an announcement before noon on Sunday if the weather does not cooperate for this day.

Great hike. Group did awesome! We made the scheduled timing almost exactly. Little sprinkles off and on throughout the hike. Didn't really start raining until we returned to the trailhead. Lot of cloud cover so we couldn't see any Moon tonight. Thanks everyone for making it a great hike.

Hello Hikers. Forecast is 50% rain for the rest of the day and evening. There are still 17 hikers signed up amongst the three groups. I'll be at the Iron Horse trailhead at 4:45. If there is no one there, or, if it is raining too much at that point, I'll cancel the hike.

I am thinking about it. What I like to do is in the morning drop off my car at Iron Horse walk to Snoqualmie Point and meet the group at 5 pm and walk with the group. Help with the rides at Iron Horse. at night. The walking would be more like 20 miles for me to do this. It has been a while but a 20 mile day hike I can handle. Any way it is a thought

I heard good reports about this area and would enjoy going on this hike with others.
