Labor Day Special: Bat Cave/Hollywood Sign and Hollywood Bowl Concert

Let's have a relax time in Hollywood for something different to honor our Labor Day!

We'll stop by the Bat Cave (Bronson Cave) and a quick look of the Hollywood Sign closer in the view for some photos before heading to Hollywood Bowl for picnicking and ready for the concert.

Direction to the trailhead:

• From the south side of Griffith Park, head north on Canyon Drive from Franklin Avenue.

• From 101 Freeway, take exit #8B/HOLLYWOOD BLVD - go 0.2 mi Turn Right on HOLLYWOOD BLVD, Turn Right on N BRONSON AVE - go 0.6 mi Bear Left on CANYON DR Once the road enters Griffith Park, it’s stopped by a locked gate at the trailhead. Park in the small lot at the trailhead, along the street, or in the spillover lot just south of the trailhead. The trail to Bronson Cave begins from the fire road on the right at the end of the road.

MEETING TIME: 2:30PM - 2:45 PM

We'll meet at the trailhead to the Cave in between 2:30PM -2:45PM. Spend another half hour for a short walk and photos to the cave and back. Please try to carpool as it's very traffic in LA and at Hollywood Bowl parking

About the picnic and concert in Hollywood Bowl: MAJORITY VOTED FOR $18 TICKET. PLEASE SEND a total of $21 ($3 service fee) today or latest noon Tuesday 8/27 via PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/) online to Dave Sp: dsparacio1@sbcglobal.net Very important that when you send the payment, send it as PERSONAL and either from your BANK ACCOUNT or PAYPAL BALANCE. If you do not follow this, there is a charge of 45 cents for the $5 transfer.

We'll try to have a group for discount 20% on tickets. Please RSVP and indicate if you will be joining the group on the ticket price $33 ($26 discount, pay upfront) or $23 ($18 discount, pay upfront). If you are not sure that you can make it, you can buy at door for whatever will be available. The lowest price $16 that doesn't give group discount, the last seats in the whole theater.
