Let's visit Boat Canyon and join Yoga Group for Yoga Outdoor
This can be a workout conditioning hike or a "relax" easy pace and optional great yoga practice outdoor. The ocean views from the cliff at the end of Boat Canyon are like Hawaii, absolutely stunning!--- Boat Canyon above Laguna Beach...Optional visiting Crescent Bay at sunset
Since this is a residential area, we'll limit number of participants, only RSVP if you are sure attending, "NO" RSVP is not required. Thanks!

DEPARTURE TIME:
4:30PM (easy pace-yoga or quick pace conditioning workout)Duration: from 1 to 2 hours
Distance: from 2 to 6 miles
Please indicate when sign up if you will join Yoga Practice!

ROUTE: We will meet at Gate 14 of Laguna Coast Wilderness. Boat Canyon is a ridge above Laguna Beach, after a mile uphill, we will stop to practice yoga (basic) at optional or enjoy a snack and the view if you like a really short hike with hill, and then head back.
The workout versions: can be 2 miles to 6 miles depending on your time. Please indicate when sign up.

ESSENTIALS: Wear good traction shoes or comfortable shoes if you go easy pace for Yoga. Bring water, hat and a yoga mat (if stay back for Yoga) There is no shade on this hike, but a great view of the ocean all the way to Catalina, San Clemente and beautiful sunset!
