100th Anniversary of the Edison Concrete Mile

Visit Bread Lock Park for the 100th Anniversary celebration of the Concrete Mile - a road installed by Thomas Edison in 1912 along what is now the Scenic Byway of Route 57. The event is from 10am-4pm with a raindate of June 3rd. The Meetup group will meet at 1pm at the upper barn entrance.

See a pre-WWII antique car procession, displays of Edison-Portland Cement Plant and concrete houses, the Morris Canal Museum, a replica of a 90' canal boat, the timber frame barn and "band shed", music, food and fun!
