As CFO at Second Market, Greg is responsible for overall financial strategy in addition to overseeing Corp Dev, Legal, Ops, HR and Data & Analytics. He serves on the Board of the B/D subsidiary SecondMarket, Inc., and SecondMarket Asia, LTD. Prior to SecondMarket Greg was the Founder and CEO of Computershare Executive Services f/k/a Restricted Stock Systems ("RSS") from 2000 until 2009. In 2007, Greg sold RSS to Computershare Limited, an Australian based financial services company and he remained as President until January of 2009. In 2003, Greg was a category winner of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, and he is a frequent speaker and published author on topics related to the securities industry. Additional prior experience includes COO of House Party, Inc.; VP at Merrill Lynch and Associate at Goldman Sachs. Greg earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his BA from Rutgers College.
