Welcome, Hoffman Estates Moms!

Meet moms in the Hoffman Estates/South Barrington and surrounding area to have fun! Come to a Moms Meetup to share experiences, find advice, give support and make new friends. Our playdates and activities will be generally focused on preschoolers and under. Activities will include coffee talk, playdates, moms night out, stroller walks, moms night in, and other special events. We invite any moms who have the desire to be ACTIVE members of our group.

Who Should Join:
Join if you are a Hoffman Estates/SouthBarrington or surrounding area mom (working part-time or SAHM) looking to meet other moms in the area with similar aged children.

Join if you want to get together with other moms to talk, laugh and enjoy some adult conversation! While at the same time allow our children to play, socialize and make new friends.

Join if you want to attend safe, kid friendly playdates along with other caring moms that are looking to create a strong social network.

Why Join:
To create great friendships, find others to share and offer advise, build a strong support system, the list goes on and on...

How to Join:
To become active in our group we ask that you are either referred by one of our existing members or that you attend a public event prior to joining. If you are interested in joining the Hoffman Estates/South Barrington Area Moms Group, but do not know anyone in the group just send an email to the organizer and we will work out a date and time for you to attend one of our public events. We are an active group who hope to have a of variety events planned at any given time...we will work with you find an event that you are most comfortable with and interested in.

We realize that this may be a bit intimidating for a prospective member, but we follow this procedure for the safety and security of our existing members. We assure you that we are a kind, accepting, and caring group of moms; so while attending an event as a prospective member may be intimidating and akward we promise that we will are friendly and will make you feel welcome and comfortable. Once we have met you, I will accept you as a member of our group. So come out and give the group a try...we have a great group of women and kids!

We Ask That You...:
If you reply 'yes' to an event please come!

Attend your first event as a member within two weeks of joining.

Please attend at least one event a month.

Please attend at least one 'public' playdate/event prior to attending or hosting a 'private' playdate/event.

Please do not attend a playdate if you and/or your children are ill.

If at any time you see a child or children doing something that could endanger them or another child, please, let that child's parent know immediately. We are a caring group of mothers that want their children to be safe and kind to others at all times.

Please do not join if you will be using this strictly as a format for selling a product, service or for market research. If you are a mom looking for mom's group and are also a 'home party' salesperson (Pampered Chef, Arbonne, etc.) you can talk to your organizers about scheduling seperate events to inform the group about your product(s). However, remember that first and foremost this is a mom's group with the intent to create strong relationships for you and your child(ren). If you are hosting a home party we are happy to post it on the calendar; however, we ask that you do not single individuals out and "put them on the spot"; if a group member would like to attend the event they will RSVP 'yes'.
