This class is very similar to HypnoYoga so we will be lying on the floor for about an hour. Please dress in layers and wear something that is easy to move around in. There will be a yoga class at the beginning to release excess energy and then we will move to lying on the floor. If you are not comfortable lying on the floor please bring pillows and blankets with you. We do have yoga bolsters and blankets available but our supply is limited!
Yoga Nidra literally translates to Yogic Sleep. It is a form of meditation that will take you into the deepest levels of relaxation while still remaining fully aware.
